xAPI: User Agreement for Data Privacy Issues

1 Initial Problem

We have to use a separate (Learning Record Store) LRS for xAPI because we have no LRS within ILIAS. And basically: xAPI statements are designed to be flexible and to be able to raise as much data as possible on the learning experience (and possibly beyond that). We believe that a xAPI module, which could potentially physically be not on the same system and not even in the same country as the system would need a special handling and special information to the learner, which is beyond the agreement implemented in ILIAS or in the course.

2 Conceptual Summary

We consider to use special agreement with further information just on what data is raised, where it is stored and how it is handled with this particular module.
