KS: Presentation Table for Plugin Administration

1 Initial Problem

The Plugin Administration contains first information about the Plugin, further information must be called over an additional Actions menu entry.

It would be helpful if the important information were directly visible, but the further information could be simply displayed and closed again for a quick overview. Separating information and calling up actions such as "Activate", "Configure", "Uninstall" would enable a meaningful distinction to be made between "Information content" and "Actual actions and actions".
