Optionally hide title of learning module

1 Initial Problem

The title and icon (plus the action menu and the submenu) use up quite a lot of space in the learning module presentation view. Especially on mobile devices this is rather unnerving. In addition, the title of a learning module is of secondary importance, since the focus should be on the content.

2 Conceptual Summary

The learning module should  get a new setting "Hide Title and Icon" (just like the repo root) in order to have more space on the screen for the learning module content.
If activated, the option hides the icon, the title and the action menu (right hand's side).

Killing, Alexander [alex], 2 May 2018: I support the idea. The tabs should be migrated to "main" tabs when doing this imo.

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 02 JUL 2018 : We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule the feature for 5.4. The menu in ILIAS learning modules should be presented as tabs in general.

As Kiosk-Mode for learning modules had been implemented with ILIAS 7, you chose the title to be visible (https://docu.ilias.de/goto_docu_wiki_wpage_5336_1357.html). As it is possible to hide title and icon in container objects, won't you implement it in learning modules anymore?
