Session Appointment Details - Show Attend Button

1 Initial Problem

If a registration is necessary for a session, the user must be able to see this as quickly as possible.

Currently user can attend a session via info screen of the session. But if user opens the appointment details via calendar, then he/she first has to "Open Session" before he/she can "Attend" the session.

This important action should be visible on "Appointment Detail" screen of a session too.
