Tooltips for Topbar Entries

This feature request is a part of the Calendar Revision II.

1 Initial Problem

There are no tooltips available for the top bar glyphs (like mail, conversations, who-is-online, background task, search,...). Users don't always know what's behind the glyph. A tooltip would prevent this confusion.

2 Conceptual Summary

1. Add tooltips to each topbar glyph.
2. The option to switch off tool-tips should move from the topbar to Personal Settings
3. Tool Tipps should be activeted system-wide by globally activating the tool.

Todo: Propose concrete tooltips for all possible glyphs (all entries in the TopBar). @Tödt, Alexandra [atoedt] we need your help here.

• The tooltip texts are part of the help packages, right? So the general concept follows the "tooltip for meny entry concept".
• I am missing the changes regarding the personal settings screen.

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 24 SEP 2018 : We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule it with the following changes / clarifications:

• Tooltips shall be activated / deactivated through a checkbox in "Personal Settings".
• Clicking on the help glyph starts help immediately (Topics).
