question pool support

Question pools are a much used feature in ILIAS and have accumulated over the past years.
Integrating questions in learning modules has been one of the features that were most often demanded in connection with online tests.
Both is possible in ILIAS, but the link is missing. All the material in the question pools can not be used within learning modules. This should be a supported feature, definately. And, by the way, the usage of pools allows a much better management of content.

JF 14 Dec 2009: The SCORM editor allows to integrate questions in learning modules with ILIAS 4.0. In 4.1 we will add this feature for learning modules as well (this is funded). As you say, the re-use from question pools is missing. This would require some additional funding, but we highly appreciate this idea.
