Highlight Session Administrator in Member Gallery

1 Initial Problem

As a user, it is important to see who is responsible for a session or appointment. For courses this is achieved by using the tutorial support feature for highlighting the person to be contacted for any open question. However for sessions this might be a different person then the one that is listed for the whole course. We therefore need the tutorial support also for sessions.

2 Conceptual Summary

Add tutorial support for session, which is by default the same set of people as it is for courses. So if somebody is entered as tutorial support for course, the respective user is also tutorial support for all it's sessions. If a session is added to a course, all tutorial supporters are also tutorial support for the session. However, additional user can be added for a certain session and tutorial supporters for courses/groups can be unlisted as tutorial support for sessions.

As in courses, the tutorial support will be highlighted in the gallery.

3 User Interface Modifications

3.1 List of Affected Views

• Session > Participants List 
• Session > Edit Participants > (Gallery)

3.2 User Interface Details

The participants list gets the checkbox to mark some course admin as tutorial support. As in courses, the tutorial support will be highlighted in the gallery.
