1 Initial Problem

Sometimes we have to change al lot of items in SingelChoice questions. We export the question and modify the xml with an external programm. Importing the question works fine but we can't update the question in the survey so we have to remove the "old" question and add the "new" question. After doing this, we have to set all branch rules by hand. If the question has many branch rules this takes too much time.

We would like to have an option to substitute a question by another one an keep the branch rules.
