Show Version in Plugin List

1 Initial Problem

By now (v.5.3.x), the overview of plug-ins in the ILIAS administration doesn't show any information on the plug-ins' version.
Thus, you have to open "Configure" for every single list item in order to check whether there are plug-ins installed which don't support the current ILIAS version, or what version they would support.

2 Conceptual Summary

There should at least be a column showing the supported version of plug-ins.
Maybe also other column would make sense, and if so, there should be a menu to configure the displayed columns.
