block activation by learning progress

1 Initial Problem

One of the big challenges for authors is to provide customized content - suitable for the individual needs of the user.
Today there is no possibilty to filter the editors content to achieve this goal. The goal is to present only content to the learner which is relevant to him.

In most scenarios the content can be filtered depending on a learning progress, the learner has achieved previously.

2 Conceptual Summary

To achieve this goal, it would be useful to hide/show sections depending on the learners learning progress of specific learning modules.

I imagine to adapt the usage of RBAC-based activation of sections.

The author may select

• learning object/id (limited to objects with learning progress)
• needed learning progress (not attended, in progress, passed etc.) to make this block
• visible / hide (both options gives the author more options to design the learning scenario)

...in the option set of sections.


Optionally: needed achieved talent skills (talent management)
