KS: Typography

Currently typefaces, point sizes, spacing of lines and letters the style, arrangement, and appearance of the letters, numbers, and symbols is a bit haphazard. 
There is no clear underlying concept of "ILIAS TYpography". 

1 Initial Problem

We want to arrange type in ILIAS to make written language legible, readable, and appealing when displayed.

2 Conceptual Summary

1. To sort this issue we need the help of a professional. 
2. To hire a professional we need to call for tender. 
3. To call for tender we need to make up what service we want to buy.
