Improve Usability of List of Portfolios

1 Initial Problem

Users are presented with a complex table more sutited ro be handled by seasoned admin than a freshman.  

2 Conceptual Summary

The table should be replaced with the "KS: Panel » Listing » Standard » With lead image".

• Portfolio-Template-Icon is used as lead image.
• KS: Disabled Icon A black and white version complements the online status. 

3 User Interface Modifications

3.1 List of Affected Views

• Personal Desktop > Portfolio > My Portfolios

3.2 User Interface Details

As lead image is a section of the banner to be used, if one exists.

3.3 New User Interface Concepts

The item list does not allow to highlight (color) single properties yet. An alternative would be to use a lead icon instead of a lead image version.

Killing, Alexander [alex], 3 Apr 2018: I support the idea. Depending on the desired outcome we may need to propose modifications to the KS list items.

Kunkel, Matthias [mkunkel] : Please add "Set Offline" | "Set Online" to the Actions dropdown. Can already be done through checkboxes on old version and should not vanish to Settings screen.
