Redirect to previous context after sending mail from Who-is-online

1 Initial Problem

When a mail is successfully sent from the Who-is-online user actions, users end up in the mail inbox in ILIAS and thus loose their previous context in the repo / whereever. This is counterintuitive since the who-is-online actions feel like things that user do "above" their context in ILIAS.

2 Conceptual Summary

The user action "Mail" from Who-is-online should remember the original referrer / transfer the previous context to the send mail form and lead the user back to the previous context when the is successfully sent.
