Display Private Notes along with Public Comments

1 Initial Problem

Note are only displayed in the Modal called by the Top-Actions and on the Personal Desktop. Users cannot leaf through a Learning Module for example and view their notes. 

2 Conceptual Summary

Notes are displayed along with the content - very much like comments. 

Users can switch between Notes and Comments.
