Replying to Comments

1 Initial Problem

In ILIAS 5.3 Comments are stand-alone. Users can not directly refer to a comment. 

2 Conceptual Summary

Users can reply to comments. Replies are appended immediately underneath the comment they are made to. 
Replies are sorted from oldest immediately underneth comment to the most recent, which is put as last reply.

• "Reply" action should also be available under reply postings.
• All replies to a reply are presented in the same indentation as the first reply.
• All comments to the page are presented without indentation.
