Integration of the Event Period Dates in Notification for New Course/Group Members

1 Initial Problem

Currently, the event period of a course/group ("Period of Event") isn't mentioned in the notifications for new members.
Thus, users have to enter ILIAS in order to gain an overview of their event period dates.

2 Conceptual Summary

We suggest to introduce a placeholder in notification mails for new course members and/or attach an iCal-format file to those mails.
The event period should be mentioned in [DATETIME] format (s. releated article).
In case the placeholder solution is implemented, the related text paragraph/intercept should only appear if an event period has been defined at all.

The feature is supposed to affect all notification mails which are dispatched in situations of arising membership:

• after joining (no matter what way, e.g., moving up from waiting list, being confirmed by a course administrator, admission by link a.s.o.)
• after being made a member
