Separate box for Personal Desktop Items

1 Initial Problem
Now, the "Personal Desktop Items" are shown in the selected items area on the personal desktop / overview. If you have many items on the personal desktop, new (and maybe for the user important) personal desktop items are not easy to find and can quickly be overlooked.
2 Conceptual Summary
We suggest to separate the assigned personal desktop items on the personal desktop from all other selected items. They should be listed in an additional box below or above the classic selected item list.
The user can change the visibility (hide / show / show when new items assigned), the position of the box (above (default) or below the selected items) and the details (same as in the box "selected items").
The box always shows the assigned personal desktop items. If administrators remove a personal desktop item, it is not shown in the box any more.

7 Discussion
Killing, Alexander [alex], 27 July 2017: What exacly makes an item an "assigned" item? I agree that the current PD lacks the information "what important tasks" need to be done in the future. The calendar agenda view for 5.3 ([[https://www.ilias.de/docu/goto_docu_wiki_wpage_4395_1357.html]]) tries to tackle this issue. If survey deadlines would be represented as a calendar events, the agenda would also include this items. So personally I would prefer to take this whole issue and make it part of revision on how we present information to the user in general. There is a Page Layout Revision (Desktop) proposal (now for 5.4) whoch is related to me. I am sorry for somehow bloating this request up, but I would also not like to spent time on old weak approaches.
