Booking Pool: Get additional user information in the booking overview

1 Initial Problem

It is not possible for the admin or tutor to get necessary information like matrikelnumber into the booking overview.
This information about the user is existing in ILIAS. The matrikelnumber is an example for a existing datafield!

2 Conceptual Summary

Like in courses or groups it should be possible, to see those information in the booking pool as well.
This information about the user should only show to admins and tutors who have the permission.

The permission to get access to this data should be very similar to the solution for cources and groups.
If the Permission „Visible in Courses“ ist set for a data field in the Administration (User Management -> Settings -> Standard Fields & Custom Fields), this data should also be visible in a booking pool which is part of a course.
If the Permission „Visible in Group“ ist set for a data field in the Administration (User Management -> Settings -> Standard Fields & Custom Fields), this data should also be visible in a booking pool which is part of a group.
There is no reason, why it should not be able for an cource or group administrator to get this information in context of the booking pool (which is part of a course or group), if he or she has the permission to get access to this data for the cource or group.
