Simplification of the input of metadata through personal metadata profile

1 Initial Problem

Currently, the creation of metadata within ILIAS is very demanding and often similar entries have to be made for each object repeatedly.

Aktuell bereitet die Erstellung von Metadaten in ILIAS viel Arbeit, wobei oftmals gleiche Einträge für jedes Objekt erneut eingegeben werden.

2 Conceptual Summary

Users are usually good at certain subject areas and often create similar objects. It is being suggested to also enable the development of person-related metadata profiles next to the existing user profiles. Once an object is provided with metadata, the values from the person related metadata profiles will be entered as default-values when first calling upon the entry form for metadata.

Benutzer sind in der Regel in bestimmten Fachdisziplinen zu Hause und erstellen häufig Objekte ähnlicher Art. Vorschlagen wird, dass neben den vorhandenen Benutzerprofilen auch die Erstellung von personenbezogenen Metadatenprofilen ermöglicht wird. Wenn dann ein Objekt mit Metadaten versehen werden soll, werden beim Erstaufruf der Eingabemaske für Metadaten die Werte aus den personenbezogenen Metadatenprofilen als Default-Werte eingetragen.
