Copy Courses / Groups: display static progress bar when done

1 Initial Problem

When a container is copied, ILIAS displays a moving bootstrap progress bar to visualize how far the progress has gotten.
When the copy process is done, the bar, however, does not stop moving and the only sign for the completion of the process is the tiny "100%" within the bar.

2 Conceptual Summary

On reaching 100% percent, the CSS for the progress bar should disappear and a small label "Done." should be displayed instead.

Seiler, Yvonne [yvseiler], 03 April 2017: There is a mantis bug which propose already a solution for this: #0017561: Adopting content works, but progress bar gets stuck at 100%
