Sorry for second Request for same Release.
The first request (Usability Improvements Blog) is already schedulded by JourFixe.

1 Initial Problem

Typically, users do not recognize the meaning of the red dotted line around a blog post.
This should signal that the blog contribution is not published yet.
Regularly, unpublished entries remain unaffected until an direct contact with the person, that want to publish.

2 Conceptual Summary

The red dotted line should give an indication of the status "unpublished".
Similar to placeholders in the portfolio. (See Accordion)

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], July 17, 2017: We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule the feature for 5.3. We would like to have this label for inactive pages, too. In context "blog" ILIAS could show "Unpublished Posting", in all other contextes for inactive pages it could be "Inactive".
