Copy individual assignments or assignment pool

1 Initial Problem

Often we want to reuse the tasks that we have configured. Right now it is possible to copy the complete object exercise but it is not yet possible to copy individual asssignments to paste them into new exercises.

2 Conceptual Summary

One idea to realise such a scenario would be to create a new object that is similar to the question pool for tests. In this object one could create tasks/assignments without dates and then import them in the object exercise.

Another possibility (maybe simpler) would be to enable copying singular assignments out of an exercise.
