Peer feedback as a group

1 Initial Problem

It is already possible to define groups for individual assignments. It would also be helpful though, to enable the peer feedback function for groups, i.e. groups giving feedback to the work of other groups.

Maybe the peer groups could be assigned by declaring responsible persons for each group.
