More metadata for test questions

1 Initial Problem

Currently ILIAS test question pools offer a limited set of properties and filters.
Therefore, the existing properties should be extended, to improve the professional handling of large pools.

Currently available properties, shown in the question table, are:

• Title (has filter)
• Description (has filter)
• Question Type (has filter)
• Points 
• {Statistics} (glyphed link to underworld)
• Author (has filter)
• Created
• Updated
• Working Time

• {Taxonomies} this ist not a property and not a part of the table

2 Conceptual Summary

More information (as optional columns) should be added/shown in the tables for questions:

• Number of Tests that use this question (currently part of Statistics)
• Number of Comments (see Support commenting of questions in question pool)
• Lifecycle (see Lifecycle Metadata for Test Questions as part of [[[Project] Improved test question sharing]])
• Version (see Versioning in Pool and the older entry for Versioning Questions)
• A column for each statistical value (see Item Statistic in Pool and Extended Test and Item Statistics

3 User Interface Modifications

Views where questions from a pool are shown tabularly:

• Pool -> Questions
• Test -> Questions -> Page View
• Test -> Questions -> Page View -> Add from Pool

SIG EA, MAR 01,2017: We devided the page 'Improved search/filter and more metadata for questions' into two feature requests, renamed the original page to 'Improved filter in test question pools' and created this page for the requirement of more metadata. Both pages need to be completed to be added to the Jour Fixe agenda, esp. chapter 3.

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 17 DEC 2018 : We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule it for 6.0. We rename the page from "More metadata for test questions" to "Show more metadata in test questions overview". And we would like to have also a proper column for taxonomy assignment (when taxonomies are enabled).

Kunkel, Matthias [mkunkel] @ SIG EA, 13 NOV 2019 : The separation of the Test&Assessment has been postponed to ILIAS 7 because the project cannot be finished satisfactorily until 'Coding Completed' at NOV 29. Therefore, this feature won't make it into ILIAS 6 but is now suggested for ILIAS 7. Please add it to the JF agenda to schedule it again.
