Notification about Changes in Test Questions

This feature request is part of the initiative for an Improved test question sharing.

1 Initial Problem

Members of a team that are creating test questions collaboratively need to set up an external procedure of notifying each other about changes they made on test questions. At the time being, there is no option to be notified about changes made in test questions of a collaboratively created test question pool.

2 Conceptual Summary

Similar to other object types like wiki or data collection, the test question pool should support notifications.

1. Test question pool object gets Actions menu as known from other object types.
2. Users could enable an option in Actions menu to be notified about changes made in any test question of the pool.
3. Permalink support is introduced for test question items and presented on Preview tab of question.
4. Notification contains information of related pool, title of changed question and permalink of question.
5. If the same question is changed multiple times within two hours by same user, ILIAS does not send new notifications about changes as long as user does not change another question in the same period.
