New Locale Role for Sessions

This feature requests requires the implementation of the following other features: 

• Streamline Edit-participants table in Sessions
• Didactic Templates for Sessions
• Filter for Edit-participants-table in Sessions 

1 Initial Problem

In many scenarios, a course holds all sessions of semester.  However users wil not register in ILIAS but by outside systems registering partcipants. 

A course that holds many sessions overwhelms users: They have to tease apart which of the many sessions are relevant to them and their specialisation and which are plainly relevant to everybody and which are not relevant to them.

This very same mental overload  occurs with the appointments of the sessions in the course calendar. 

2 Conceptual Summary

For every session a local role "Registered Participant" is an automatically generated derived from an auto-generated role template of the same title. All users that have the option "registered" or "participated" enabled will be automatically assigned to the session role. The new role grants the permissions "visible" and "read".

A databases update step will be implemented, which assigns registered and participated people to the new role.

• Administration > Roles > New Auto-generated role template "Registered Participant" 
• Sessions > Edit Participants tab (See Streamline Edit-participants table in Sessions)
• Sessions > Permissions

•  A new Auto generated role template is created with the title " Registered Participant".
