Calendar Details for Consultation Hours

This feature request is a part of the Calendar Revision and part of Course Calendar: Separate Personal and Course Appointments View and uses Calendar Details.

1 Initial Problem

In ILIAS 5.2 course and group members can't look at Calendar Detail (Appointments, iCal link) of Consultation Hours of other people. Course/group members should get an easy access to these details, so they have a short overview over available consultation hours appointments.

With the new Calendar Selection box Consultation Hours Calendar could be clickable elements to go to these Calendar Details.

Advantages

• All Calendars would have Calendar Details (linked in Calendar Selection box if available).
• User gets an easy overview over all available and bookable consultation hours.

2 Conceptual Summary

This view would only be visible if Consultation Hours are linked to a Course or Group via Ref-ID.

Representation

• Calendar Details of Consultation Hours will show all available consultation hours appointments for this course/group membership.
• It uses following columns:
  • Column "Start" (Date, Time)
  • Column "Title"
  • Column "Booking per Appointment" (how many bookings are possible)
  • Column "Current Booking" (how many participants have already booked this appointment)
  • Column "Actions" with "Book" or "Book Appointment" link (only available if booking is possible)
  • iCal link in Actions menu of Consultation Hours above the tabs (all consultation hours appointments of this person) (Alex, 4 Aug 2017: Please check with Stefan if this feature is available at all.)
• Title and Icon of Course will be used as title. (Alex, 4 Aug 2017: The Calendar Details requirements conflict here. Page title should be calendar title.)
• Title of table will be "Consultation Hours for ..." (Alex, 4 Aug 2017: No table in the agenda view.)

Behaviour
If course/group members click on the link of Consultation Hours Title in the Calendar Selection Box they will be redirected to a new page where they can see all assigned consultation hours appointments for this course. If they click on a Title of a specific consultation hours a Round-Trip Modal with all informations will be opened.

Course and group members only see appointments which are visible for them in this specific course/group because of their course or group membership.

Detail View of Consultation Hours can be closed by a "Back to Calendar" link in tab-bar.
