1 Initial Problem

Currently the information regarding assessment metadata (status and record) are listed in the info tab of an Individual Assessment (IA) object, if any entries exist regarding observing user. Unfortunately there they tend to get lost there between contact information of current IA, Tags and Object Infos, all of which are absolutely unrelated to any examination records. Examinees may fail to find their records, which could result in anxiety and unnecessary requests at the examiner by some of them.

2 Conceptual Summary

We propose to introduce a new tab reserved for examination infos only, which would present the status, the examination record or any other field, containing examination-related data gathered during an assessment, of a user, to be introduced to IA in the future. A member having read permission may then find any examination-related information here, if availiable.

3 User Interface Modifications

3.1 List of Affected Views

As the gentle reader of the sections 1 and 2 above may guess, a new tab should be introduced containing information approved for the display for examinee by the examiner. Note that in connection of the Individual Assessment Modularization proposal a much more elaborate collection of infos would be necessary, than is presented currently. I.e. it would not suffice simply to split the code into two GUIs containing IA-object-info, and examination records, respectively.
