Tag Cloud on Wiki Pages

Tags could be very helpful to describe wiki pages and to navigate through a wiki. Having tags only for the entire wiki is not sufficient.

JF 16 Nov 2009: We highly appreciate this idea.

JF 12 Nov 2012: We still appreciate this idea and schedule it for 4.4. We discussed the similar but different concepts of "keywords" and "tags" in ILIAS. We would like to document these concepts in the feature wiki and decide which of the concepts is more suitable for the wiki pages.
