Improving notification on submission

1 Initial Problem

At present notification on submission contains only a link to the page "assignments". This way the tutor needs a lot of clicks to download new submissions.

2 Conceptual Summary

The tutor notification should contain also a link to the page "submissions and grades" and (thats very important!) a download link for the new submissions of the corresponding learner (in the case of file submisson). So tutors can save a couple of clicks.

3 User Interface Modifications

3.1 List of Affected Views

• Mail content of "New Submission" mail.

3.2 User Interface Details

• A new link "Download New Submissions" will appear, if the assignment type is "File Upload" and the user uploaded new files. The behaviour will be exactly like the "Download New Submissions" action on the "Submissions and Grades" screen. ILIAS internally saves a timestamp of each tutors last download. This means the link will only provide the new submissions on the first click. Afterwards a message "No new submissions available." will appear on the "Submissions and Grades" screen instead.
• A new link "Link to Exercise (Submissions and Grades)" will appear that links to the corresponding assignment on the submissions and grades screen.
