missed logout screen
1 Requirements
If a user forgot to logout the last time he was logged in, he gets a notify-Screen at the next login
Note, the following edge-case is possible: A user can have multiple simultaneous sessions. ILIAS needs to keep track if all simultaneous sessions are closed properly.
- "Dear user, for security reasons, please don't forget to use the logout-button next time, please! Thank you!"

disruptive warning (like user agreement)
The user has to confirm this dialog before he can continue
alternative non-disruptive warning (via bootstrap alert)
The user does not need to interact with the alert.
