missed logout screen

1 Requirements

If a user forgot to logout the last time he was logged in, he gets a notify-Screen at the next login

• "Dear user, for security reasons, please don't forget to use the logout-button next time, please! Thank you!"

The user have to dismiss this message with a click on "ok" (see example 'disruptive warning' below).

Note, the following edge-case is possible: A user can have multiple simultaneous sessions. ILIAS needs to keep track if all simultaneous sessions are closed properly.
