DataCollection: Using ? in table title

1 Requirements

It should be possible to use question marks and other special characters in the title of a table. At the time being, this is not possible for technical reasons, see Mantis 17476.

Schmid, Fabian [fschmid], April 25, 2016: We appreciate this FR. Some other special characters are restricted due to technical reasons. 

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], May 23, 2016: We highly appreciate this feature request and schedule it for 5.2. Please provide a blacklist of "Forbidden characters" under the title input to avoid future bug reports.

4 Implementation

Using question marks is now possible inside a fields title. 

The restriction changed from a whitelist to a blacklist. The forbidden characters to user in a fieldtitle are:
