Correction of orthography mistakes in Surveys

1 Requirements

Background

  • When a user starts a survey
  • Then ILIAS does not allow to edit the survey questions: "Information Message The survey already contains data sets. You cannot edit the survey questions until you remove these datasets. Edit Participants"
  • This is annoying because there is no possibility to correct some smaller orthographical mistakes.
Request

A possibility in Survey to correct orthography mistakes after users started the Survey.
  • Admins should have the possibility to correct the orthography of the following fields of each question:
    • Title
    • Question
    • Answers
    • Neutral answer
Changing the structure of a Survey after starting the Survey (Add more questions, change the order of the questions, ...) is not part of this feature request, is not necessary.

3 Discussion

Zenzen, Enrico [ezenzen], 16 SEP 2022: This request no longer fulfills the requirements of the Feature Wiki. In consultation with the maintainer I change the status of the feature request to "Redundant / outdated". If the request is still relevant, please update template and mockups.
