offline e-exams

1 Requirements

Learner is able to submit answer to the exam in offline mode. Exam/Question may be oftenly distributed by paper to the atendance.
After attendances complete in answer for offline questions, the paper including uploaded files are collected and scored.
After results have been created, learner/atendance can review their result.

Provided this solution as Plugin can help us lots.
