Excel Export Revision

1 Description

Several problems were reported about excel ex-/imports in the past (e.g.: Mantis 3491. Therefore, we should try to streamline and revise the excel / csv export handling in ILIAS generally.

4 Discussion

JF 22 Mar 2010: We would like to revise the Excel exports with high priority incl. character enconding selection.

Matthias Kunkel, 27 June 2011: Due to the implementation of the new table class, exporting data in excel format is now much better supported by ILIAS as in the past. The bug mentioned above is resolved, too. Therefore, the priority of this feature request has decreased.

Zenzen, Enrico [ezenzen], 24 AUG 2022: This request no longer fulfills the requirements of the Feature Wiki. In consultation with the maintainer I change the status of the feature request to "Redundant / outdated". If the request is still relevant, please update template and mockups.
