Revamp Indication of Questions Blocks

1 Requirements

In the Results-tab of a survey in the sub-tab "Details" in the list of detailed reports about individual questions there is a headline “Question Block” inserted to indicate the beginning of a question block. This is easily overlooked. 
At the beginning of each question block there should be a small section inserted:
 
QUESTION BLOCK      
     Title1
     Title 2
      …

We suggest to re-factor the Code writing the TOC on wiki pages so it can be re-used for the above purpose as well. 

We should get rid of the Term “Question Block” and replace it by the term “Page”. This would be much more intuitive, I suppose.
