Limit number of bookings for fixed schedule booking pools

1 Requirements

Since fixes schedule booking pool now can have start and end dates (see Start and end dates for schedules), it should be possible to define a "Limit number of bookings", too.

An example scenario would be: A lectuerer wants to schedule a "Klausureinsicht". There will be fixed dates for this. Of course he wants each student in his course only to book one time slot. In the current 5.1 implementation he would have to use a "no schedule" booking pool and give the date and time information as slot name. It won’t be possible to show slots in the course calendar etc.

(In a first inquiry into this with the maintainer it has already been established that this now (after 5.1) would make sense.
