Learning objective driven study programme

1 Requirements

Up to now it is not possible to embed a learning objective driven course (LoK) within a LoK (since in ILIAS a course may not contain a course). As a workaround course references can be used, but impose some navigatoin restraints.
This could be overcome by adding the funcionality of the LoK to the study programme, so we would have an overall container driven by learning objectives that can consist of (and not only references) several Loks. As a result we could add one layer of heirarchy to learning objectives.
