Show learning development in a timeline

1 Requirements

When a user logs in and is presented his/her personal desktop, a timeline should show a development. The timeline should begin at the point of firtst login to ILIAS (optionally, registration to a specific course?) and end with a deadline self-set by the user (or, again, according to the settings of a specific course). Major steps in learning (e.g. achieving a learning objective, passing a test, passing a course, certificates or badges, competence thresholds) should be shown on a time axis proportional to the time passed since the starting time of the course.
It should be possible to list learning development items, that are not yet achieved, to show the user which steps shoud be done up to the defined deadline.
Maybe this should be realized by a plugin, since some aspects of this request are specific to optes or courses derived by optes results.
