Video subtitles editing from ILIAS interface

1 Requirements

Over time, the screens quality increase. Nowadays the average screen quality is FullHD, and it is going to improve.
Because of this the "normal" subtitles size is going to seem smaller and smaller.
Would be necessary a way to customize the video subtitles from the ILIAS interface. So the subtitles can be increased for example.

A suggestion could be to have this feature in the Style part of ILIAS. This feature depend on the .mejs-captions-layer class.
