Abandon Integrated Payment

The feature has been removed for ILIAS 5.2.x

1 Requirements

The payment service in the ILIAS core should be abandoned and could be replaced by a plugin-based implementation, see Plugin Interface for Payment. Main reason is the weakness of the current concept and integration, as well as the upcoming problems due to PHP7 compatibility.
