DataCollection: Enhanced date-field

1 Requirements

The date-fieldtype always uses the ILIAS default output-formating. The problem is, in some cases you want to display the normal date instead of the human-readable date (like yesterday, tomorrow). With a new option we want to provide an override, which allow to set your own date-format per field (php date format).
