DataCollection: Support for floats and percent format in number-field

1 Requirements

Currently only integer numbers are allowed in the number-fieldtype. To allow more flexibility, we want to add float support. 
With a new checkbox, the number output can be formated as a procent-number (eg. 0.3 is displayed as 30%).

3 Discussion

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], JUL 04, 2016: We appreciate the idea to support floats as well as percentage values in the data collection. But we would like to allow users to enter "30" instead of 0.3 for usability reasons. Please extend the feature request accordingly and add it to the agenda again.
