Access for test participants to uploaded files

1 Requirements

ILIAS tests allow participants to access input after finishing an examination. Participants may for example access text input being provided when answering questions.

However this is currently not possible for upload questions. Uploaded files are visible to the examiner but not to the participants accessing test results e.g. after marking has been completed.

Basically uploaded files should be accessible by weblinks. Pretty much the same was as in the examination's marking view.
