Modernize Social Bookmarks in Third Party Software

1 Requirements

Modernize list of Third Party software

The list of third party software seems (to me) outdated. I know I can update this myself from, but it is a pain to do this for every installlation. 
Is it possible to at least add LinkedIn, since that is the most used social medium in the Netherlands (besides Facebook).  And when you're at it, also add XING for the German speakers.
