Don’t show Feedback button when there is no feedback

1 Requirements

This feature request originates from Mantis #17554: When direct feedback is activated in a test, but no feedback has been saved to the question, a click on the Feedback button will reload the question, but do nothing else. From a user perspective, this isn’t of help.

I suggest to either:
a) hide the button when there is no feedback available, OR
b) show a generic info message: "There is no feedback available for this question."

Option A would be preferable to me.

Björn and Michael informed me that the current behavior has been implemented like this for a long time, and while "not all existing behaviour is state of the art", this report should still be treated as a feature request, rather than a bug. Bug or feature doesn’t really matter, though - as we will need funding for this anyway. If JF appreciates this suggestion, I hope we can find some money to improve this issue. Thanks!
