Badge Collections on Personal Desktop

1 Requirements

In another project a new section "My Badges" is developed. This section should be extended by an additional tab "My Collections".
In this tab collections of badges can be created, managed an deleted. A collection has a title. A collection contains badges.
It allows to mesh-up badges for a certain target audience. Collections can only contain badges and not other sub-collectons. But an individual badge can be a part of more than one collection. 

Collections have no effect on the public profile or publishing badges.
