Course-badge awarded for selected set of completed objects

1 Requirements

• Members of a course will be awarded a badge once they have completed ("learning progress is green") a specific set of objects comprised in the course.
• All objects allowing for learning progress tracking can be used for configuring this badge. 
• Tutors can select one or more objects whose completion will trigger the issueing of the badge.

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], August 15, 2016: We appreciate Jörg's suggestion of a general administration of 'completed' status for badge creation. We would like to hide all object types that are not supported and the wording of the exercise's label should be improved.

Please note: as this badge should work without an active learning progress another feature needs to be implemented: Editable LP default mode for repository object types, which still needs to be discussed and is not published in the trunk yet.
