Impartial Manual Scoring

1 Requirements

Manual scoring should be done anonymized so a impartial scoring is guaranteed. In addition anonymization of the whole test is not desired in all cases (e.g. exams).

At the time beeing the test can be not anonymized or anonymized in whole. This is not sufficient. A third option "Anonymization of Manual Scoring" should be added to the existing anonymization setting.

To keep this setting out of the scope of a manual scoring team, we should also introduce an additional rbac permission "manualscoring", so we can give people access to the manual scoring only.

3 Discussion

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], Nov 23, 2015: We appreciate this suggestion in general. But we are unsure if a specific "Manual Scoring" permission is needed or if a "Scoring" permission in general (that includes "Scoring Adjustment") would not be a better solution. "Scoring Adjustment" is currently related to WRITE permission. We will ask the SIG T&A for a statement and discuss this topic on one of the next JF again.

4 Implementation
