Provide for more clearly arranged Form by editing users from userlist administration

1 Requirements

Imagine you deactivate all Fields of standard Registration Form in ilias Administration and define your own Registration Form and Fields. After a period of Time you go to userlist administration and want to edit some useraccounts . Now you see a Form arranged caotically with Fields From standard Registration Form ( those were deactivated compeletly by you and thus contains no data ) and the Fields From User defined Registraton Form plus some Accountsetting related Fileds like "hits per page", "show online users" plus some data like "created on" , "Limited from ... to ...". I think this is not specially clearly arranged and readable . My Suggetion to make EditForms clear and more readable and the administration of users easier :

1. At the very first time a Registration Form have to be created by user and can be edited later
2. Instead of providing a Standard Registration Form provide some prepared Fields that can be activated (selected) and used in Registration Form
3. Ensure that the deactivated (not selected) Fields do not appear in Editforms and Dropdown menu or other places, but only selected Fields
4. Ensure that the AccountSettings related Fields like "hits per page", "show online users" do not appear in Editforms but maybe in separate pages
5. we can separate the data by pages named like "edit user data" and "edit account data"
